£65 – 1:1 Pilates 1hr: This 1 hour appointment consists of a 1:1 mat based Pilates session tailored to your ability and function. Our Pilates specialist will craft a programme designed just for you, targeting your goals – be it enhanced flexibility and strength, technique refinement, or injury rehabilitation.

£240 – Pilates 4 x 60 Minute Sessions (Post consultation): A package to continue your Pilates journey with consistency and savings.

£350 – Pilates 6 x 60 Minute Sessions (Post consultation): An extended package for those committed to achieving long-term benefits.
