Matt Lee
Matt Lee
Matt’s University journey began back in 2009 and he has 2 honours degrees to his name. Before training to be a physiotherapist, Matt was a Sports Therapist, graduating from Chichester back in 2012. He therefore has well over a decade of injury management experience.
Not content with two degrees, Matt is now studying for his third degree, this time a Masters degree in Sports Physiotherapy, which he is studying at the University of Bath.
Matt has vast clinical sporting experience at an elite level. He joined Flex Physiotherapy after working as a Full Time Physiotherapist for Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club. There he rehabilitated elite level, senior and youth international athletes back to full fitness. He has a specialist interest in the treatment and rehabilitation of lower limb and sport injuries for all ages, as well as injury management of adolescent athletes.
Although Matt’s extensive experience and current Masters level study makes him our resident expert in the management and rehabilitation of sporting injuries, he also has several years experience working in the NHS in Worthing, treating common conditions like back pain, shoulder pain, sciatica as well as post operative patients and simple strains and sprains.
Matt lives in Worthing and enjoys watching football, stand up paddle boarding and perfecting his barista skills on his coffee machine.
