At Flex we are experts in manual ‘hands on’therapy. This may involve specific soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation or manipulation with a view to improve pain whilst restoring function. Manual therapy is often used as an adjunct to other physiotherapy treatment approaches such as exercise-based rehabilitation. Our clinical experts will help you decide on which treatment is best for you.
