Chartered Physiotherapist, Co Owner and Clinical Director
Alex is Co Owner and one of the Clinical Directors at Flex Physiotherapy. He graduated with an honours degree from King’s College London in 2015 and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Musculoskeletal Practice and Independent Prescribing at St George’s University.
Alex combines extensive clinical expertise with a strong focus on delivering gold standard care through well designed systems, innovation and high standards across the clinic. He is passionate about continuous improvement, lean processes and using technology to enhance both patient outcomes and service quality.
Clinically, Alex specialises in complex spine, shoulder, hip and knee conditions, sports injuries and post surgical rehabilitation. He has worked as an Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in the NHS and spent seven years within a Premier League football environment. He currently works as an Advanced Practitioner Physiotherapist in the NHS, leading specialist hip, knee and spine clinics and independently requesting imaging including X rays, MRI scans and blood tests.
A key part of Alex’s role is nurturing the team at Flex. He is committed to building a learning focused clinic environment where staff are supported to develop, reflect and continually raise standards of care.
Outside the clinic, Alex is a movement enthusiast. You will find him playing football, training in the gym or embracing his Greek roots with some enthusiastic folk dancing. And yes, the brightly coloured socks are very much intentional.
