Claire has worked in customer service since 1997 and brings warmth, patience and genuine care to her role at Flex. She takes pride in making every person feel welcome, respected and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
Since joining Flex in October 2023, Claire has loved being part of a close knit team where everyone contributes their own strengths. The highlight of her day is chatting with clients, hearing their stories and building real connections through everyday conversation.
Alongside her role at Flex, Claire qualified as a breakup and divorce coach in December 2024, a journey that has deepened her understanding of people, emotions and life transitions.
Outside work, she enjoys family life with her husband, two sons and their dog Roxy. She is happiest walking with friends, planning the next holiday or enjoying a lively get together full of laughter.
