Andrew has refined his clinical practice over the years, developing a wealth of knowledge of clinical presentations allowing him to manage both the simple and complex conditions. He has continued to develop his clinical repertoire to include post-graduate qualifications in diagnostic ultrasound and independent prescribing which provides seamless appointments to the benefit of the patient. His knowledge has expanded to include treatments for patients with rheumatological conditions such as Rheumatoid Arthritis.
The clinical skills Andrew offers, alongside standard physiotherapy care, includes injection therapy and diagnostic ultrasound. Combined these clinical skills allow guided procedures such as joint (intra-articular), bursal, tendon and fascial injections. He has a wealth of experience with more complex procedures such as hydrodistension for frozen shoulder, high volume injections and barbotage for calcific tendinopathy. He works both within the NHS and privately completing around 500 injections / procedures yearly and teaches on postgraduate modules for injection therapy and sonography.
