Running Assessments

At Flex, we know running is more than just exercise. Whether it’s tackling the rolling trails of the South Downs, pacing the Brighton seafront, or finding twenty minutes of headspace on a path through Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath or Hassocks, we understand how much running means to people across Mid Sussex.

Our physiotherapists specialise in running injury diagnosis, movement analysis and rehabilitation. Using advanced tools such as OnForm video analysis and VALD force plates, we identify what is holding you back and help you move better, recover faster and enjoy the Sussex routes you love.

Why Choose Flex?

Expert Team

Our physiotherapists are specialists in running-related injuries and rehabilitation, providing hands-on care and tailored treatment plans designed specifically for runners.

With in house podiatrists, we can assess foot mechanics, footwear, and orthotic needs to complement your physiotherapy and keep you running at your best.

We understand both the physical demands of running and the personal importance it holds for you. Everything we do is designed with runners in mind.

Progress does not stop after one session. We offer retesting so you can not only feel your improvements but also see them clearly.

Using OnForm video analysis alongside VALD force plates and handheld dynamometry, we capture your running in detail and measure strength, stability, and landing forces. This provides accurate feedback you can revisit anytime.
