Before your first appointment, you must provide:
- Your authorisation code
- Your membership number
This must be given prior to treatment starting. Without this, we cannot proceed under your insurance policy.
Can I book an insurance appointment online?
Yes. You can book your insurance physiotherapy appointment directly via our website.
Please ensure you have your authorisation code and membership number ready when booking, or provide these to reception before treatment begins.
What if I do not have my authorisation code yet?
You will need to contact your insurer to obtain an authorisation code before treatment begins.
Alternatively, you may choose to self-fund and reclaim if your policy allows.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first appointment includes:
- A detailed clinical assessment
- Diagnosis explanation
- Clear treatment plan
- Initial treatment where appropriate
You will leave understanding what the problem is, why it has developed and what the plan is moving forward.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your condition, goals and how long symptoms have been present.
Many patients begin with an initial block of 4 to 6 sessions to allow structured progress.
