Flex Physiotherapy Burgess Hill was established in 2019 to provide high quality, evidence based physiotherapy to the local community. Our aim has always been to combine advanced musculoskeletal expertise with a friendly, approachable and patient centred environment. Today, Flex supports the people of Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Hassocks and the wider Mid Sussex area with care grounded in skill, experience and genuine passion for helping people move better and feel better.

Who We Help and How

We collaborate with teams at the Spring Orthopaedic Group in Brighton and Hove, Horder Healthcare and consultants at Gatwick Park and Goring Hall Hospitals. These links help ensure smooth continuity when further investigation or specialist opinion is needed.
