Meet Zak Perrin

Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Qualifications: BSc Hons Physiotherapy, BSc Hons Sports and Exercise Science, AACP accredited acupuncture, ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Sports and Holistic Massage

Zak is a Senior Physiotherapist with experience across elite sport, NHS services and community based musculoskeletal care. He holds degrees in Physiotherapy from Bournemouth University and Sports and Exercise Science from Cardiff Metropolitan University. He is also qualified in acupuncture through the AACP and holds additional certifications in sports and holistic massage.

Zak began his career in a rotational role at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, developing a broad clinical foundation across musculoskeletal, respiratory, neurology and orthopaedics. He later worked with Brighton and Hove Albion FC within the Girls Academy, managing a wide range of paediatric sports injuries including ACL rehabilitation, apophyseal injuries and fracture care. He also supported Women’s First Team recovery through soft tissue therapy.

He has provided pitch side care and rehabilitation services for rugby and football clubs, and has delivered education workshops on topics including growth related injuries, concussion and knee osteoarthritis. Zak takes a calm, collaborative approach and is passionate about patient education, empowering individuals to understand their injury and build long term resilience.

Outside the clinic, Zak enjoys cycling across Sussex with his local club, baking sourdough bread, watching football and spending time with friends and family.
