Zak Perrin

Zak is a dedicated physiotherapist with a diverse background spanning elite sport, NHS services, and community-based care. He holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from Bournemouth University and a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science from Cardiff Metropolitan University. Zak is also qualified in acupuncture through the AACP and holds additional certifications in both sports and holistic massage.

His career began in a rotational role at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, where he built a strong clinical foundation across MSK, respiratory, neurology, and orthopaedics. He later joined Brighton and Hove Albion FC, working with the U12–U16 Girls’ Academy, Where he managed a wide range of paediatric sports injuries, including ACL rehabilitation, apophysitis, and fracture care. He also supported the Women’s First Team recovery with soft tissue therapy.

Zak has worked with Dorking RFC and volunteered for local football and rugby clubs, delivering both pitch-side care and rehabilitation services. Known for his empathetic, collaborative approach, Zak is passionate about patient education and has previously delivered workshops on topics from growth-related injuries, concussion, to managing knee osteoarthritis. 

Zak is committed to contributing to his local community through high-quality MSK care, patient education, and promoting sustainable, self-managed recovery pathways.

In his free time, Zak enjoys cycling in Sussex with his local club, baking sourdough bread, watching football and spending time with friends and family.
