Andrea’s career has always been customer-focused, working across a wide range of environments. She prides herself on delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences. Andrea enjoys helping people, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships through empathy, professionalism, and effective communication. She always treats others as she would wish to be treated herself.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending quality time with her grown-up children and close friends. She is often at the theatre, cinema or a gig, and enjoys eating out, socialising and generally having fun. Andrea also loves travelling and has visited many places. She would love to say she is a keen gardener, but although she enjoys having a go, the results are not always successful! She also volunteers and is always looking for new ways to broaden her life experiences.
